My Digital and Film Photography

I continue to work with both digital and film photography, consistently using the 35 mm format.  I capture streetscape, seascape and landscape images – whether in bustling cities, tranquil parks, dense woodlands or along the ever-changing coastline.   I’m particularly drawn to spaces that evoke a sense of stillness or carry a unique mood.

Another key theme in my work is architecture marked by time-  abandoned buildings, neglected spaces or structures that still echo their  faded grandeur.

I am captivated by reflections, whether found in water,  glass, or other reflective surfaces.  These fleeting moments of mirrored reality add layers of  intrigue and complexity to my images.

I use B&W 35mm film – mainly Ilford Delta 100 and 400.   I use 35mm CineStill  colour film.  In my digital work, I use Canon and Fuji 35mm mirrorless cameras.
